Is Mount Everest located to any rivers?

Mount Everest does not have any major rivers flowing over it. However, many rivers, including the Ganges and the Yarlung Tsangpo, originate from glaciers on the mountain. These rivers flow down the slopes of the Himalayas and provide water for millions of people living in the region.
