Mount Everest is not a human construction with a "year made." It is a natural mountain formed over ~60 million years by the collision of the Indian and Eurasian tectonic plates.
The Himalayas began rising when India, moving north at ~15 cm/year, crashed into Eurasia ~50–55 Ma. Everest's summit rocks are marine limestone (Ordovician, ~450 Ma) thrust upward. Uplift continues at ~4 mm/year; erosion counters it.
Human milestones: first surveyed (1856), first summit (1953), height remeasured (2020). But the mountain's "birth" is a tectonic process, not an event.
