How do you buy strong beer in Utah?

In Utah, the sale of beer with an alcohol content exceeding 5% Alcohol By Volume (ABV) is restricted. The sale of Strong beer is only permitted at state-run liquor stores. To buy strong beer in Utah, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years old.

2. Present a valid form of identification proving your age, such as a driver's license or passport.

3. Strong beer can only be purchased during the following hours:

Monday-Saturday: 11:00 am-10:00 pm

Sunday: closed

4. Utah has a limit on the amount of alcohol that can be purchased per person per day, which is two cases of beer, one bottle of wine, and one bottle of spirits.

5. There are no restrictions on the amount of beer you can purchase in one transaction, but you may only purchase up to two cases of beer per day.

6. You may only purchase strong beer at state-run liquor stores. Grocery stores and convenience stores are not permitted to sell strong beer.
