The Silk-Cotton Tree in Equatorial Guinea

The silk-cotton tree, scientifically known as Ceiba pentandra, is indeed present in Equatorial Guinea. Native to tropical regions of Africa—including the Gulf of Guinea—this majestic deciduous tree has a natural range that encompasses the mainland region of Río Muni.
