Why does Rwanda have a high death rate?

The statement is incorrect. As per the World Bank data, The life expectancy at birth increased to 69.75 years in 2019 from 69.72 years in 2018 in Rwanda. Life expectancy in Rwanda decreased by 4.07% points over last 32 years, declining from 72.82 in 1987 to 69.75 in 2019.
