Who discovered Rwanda?

The Rwandan kingdom is traditionally held to have been founded in the 14th century by a mythical figure named Gihanga. Gihanga is believed to have been responsible for establishing many of Rwanda's customs and institutions, including the Tutsi monarchy. The Tutsi monarchy ruled Rwanda until the 1960s, when it was overthrown in a coup.
