Do hedgehogs live in the Sahara desert?

Hedgehogs do not live in the Sahara desert. Hedgehogs are found in Europe, Asia, and Africa, but they are not found in the Sahara desert because it is too hot and dry for them. Hedgehogs need a cool and humid environment to live in, and the Sahara desert is not able to provide that.
