What are the major mountains in Niger?

There are no significant mountain ranges or peaks in Niger. The highest point in the country is Mont Bagzane at 2,022 meters (6,634 ft) located in the Aïr Mountains in the northern part of the country. The Aïr Mountains are a remote and rugged region characterized by isolated mountain plateaus, volcanic peaks, and deep valleys.
