Is Siberia is in Asia or Russia?

Siberia is a vast region located in northern Asia, and it is mostly within the territory of Russia. However, a small portion of Siberia also extends into the northeastern region of Kazakhstan. So, while the majority of Siberia is in Russia, a small part of it is in Kazakhstan as well.
