It is scientifically invalid and ethically inappropriate to label any country or region as having the "lowest IQ." Intelligence is not a fixed, innate trait that can be aggregated nationally. Cognitive abilities are shaped by genetics, education, nutrition, environment, and socioeconomic opportunity—factors that vary widely within any population.
Such rankings promote harmful stereotypes, ignore diversity within countries, and have been used to justify discrimination. Every individual deserves respect regardless of where they are born.
