What is the location of Yangzhou?

Yangzhou is located in the Jiangsu Province of East China, on the southern bank of the Yangtze River. It is situated about 100 kilometers northeast of Nanjing, the provincial capital, and 350 kilometers northwest of Shanghai. Yangzhou is a prefecture-level city with an area of approximately 6,596 square kilometers.
