Who invented burj Dubai?

Burj Khalifa, not Burj Dubai, was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), a global architectural, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firm, in collaboration with Adrian Smith, the chief architect, and Bill Baker, the structural engineer.
