The longest street in Toronto is Jane Street, which runs for 37.6 kilometres (23.4 miles) from its starting point at the junction of Steeles Avenue and Yonge Street in the north, to the Gardiner Expressway in the south. It passes through several areas of the city including Vaughan, Concord, North York, Downsview, Weston and Mimico.
