If you are planning to drive in Virginia for more than 90 days, you will need to obtain a Virginia driver's license. You can do this by visiting the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and bringing the following documents:
* Your Quebec driver's license.
* Proof of residency in Virginia, such as a utility bill or lease agreement.
* Two proofs of identity, such as a passport or birth certificate.
* A completed Virginia driver's license application.
You will also need to pass a vision test and a written knowledge test. If you pass all of the tests, you will be issued a Virginia driver's license.
