Places to Party in North Vancouver

North Vancouver is a city in Canada that sits directly across from Vancouver and along the shores of the Burrard Inlet. Although much of the nightlife and entertainment facilities in the area are located in Vancouver, North Vancouver does have its own places to party. These include various pubs as well as an ice-skating facility that hosts parties.

Sailor Hagar's Brew Pub
- Sailor Hagar's Brew Pub promotes the fact it has 19 different beers on tap from around the world, six of which have their our own original recipes. The pub has 12 high definition TVs and also comes with Wi-Fi access. A steak special is offered on Monday evenings. The menu includes various entrees, soups, salads and pizza. Light snacks, hamburgers and sandwiches can also be ordered. The pub has chicken wing and beer specials when the Vancouver NHL hockey team is playing. Sailor Hagar's also offers great views of downtown Vancouver and hosts events such as a spring golf tournament. It also has a liquor store.

Canlan Ice Sports
- Canlan Ice Sports - North Shore is a sports complex with three NHL-sized ice hockey rinks. The complex tournaments and events, including birthday parties. Its Thirsty Penguin Grillhouse, which overlooks all three rinks, is an ideal setting for a party. The grillhouse serves food items such as wings, hamburgers and salads along with cold beverages. Adding to the party atmosphere are video games and television for viewing sports. The Canlan Ice Sports North Shore complex also has a store, a daycare center, an Ice Sports Hockey Academy and summer sports and hockey camps for children.

Rusty Gull Neighbourhood Pub
- The Rusty Gull Neighbourhood Pub has various forms of entertainment, including open mic nights and live bands on Wednesdays and the weekends. Advertising itself as the North Shore's home to live music, the Rusty Gull also has two large screen high definition projectors, and flat-screen high-def TVs for viewing sports. Open until midnight on Sunday through Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, the Rusty Gull's menu includes appetizers, salads, hamburgers, sandwiches and various entrees. A late breakfast can also be ordered. The Rusty Gull has 18 different beers on tap. Beer specials are regularly offered and the Rusty Gull shows pay-per-view hockey on its projectors and TVs.
