Where in the Caribbean can you find large quantities of petroleum?

There is no major petroleum production in the islands of the Caribbean Sea. Venezuela and Mexico, both with coastlines facing the Caribbean Sea, produce large quantities of petroleum, but neither are considered true Caribbean countries.
