Does the Arctic Have a Capital?

No. The Arctic is a geographic region (Arctic Circle, 66.5°N), not a country or political entity. It spans parts of Canada, USA (Alaska), Greenland (Denmark), Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia. Each nation governs its Arctic territory from its own capital (Ottawa, Washington, Nuuk, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Moscow). There is no single Arctic capital.
