Despite its reputation, there is no evidence that the Bermuda Triangle is any more dangerous than any other part of the ocean. The depth of the Bermuda Triangle varies considerably, ranging from about 5,200 feet (1,600 meters) in the northeast to over 25,000 feet (7,600 meters) in the southwest.
