What type of land is in Puerto Rico?

The land in Puerto Rico is mostly mountainous, with a narrow coastal plain. The highest point is Cerro de Punta, at 1,338 m (4,390 ft). The island is part of the Greater Antilles archipelago, and is located in the Caribbean Sea, about 1,600 km (1,000 mi) southeast of Miami, Florida.
