Main land regions of the country Jamaica?

Jamaica has three main land regions:

1. The Blue Mountains: The Blue Mountains are a mountain range that runs along the eastern coast of Jamaica. The highest peak in the Blue Mountains is Blue Mountain Peak, which is 2,256 metres (7,402 feet) above sea level. The Blue Mountains are known for their lush rainforests, which are home to a variety of plant and animal species.

2. The Central Valley: The Central Valley is a large valley that lies between the Blue Mountains and the Cockpit Country. The Central Valley is home to most of Jamaica's population, as well as its capital city, Kingston. The Central Valley is also known for its fertile soil, which is used to grow a variety of crops, including sugar cane, bananas, and coffee.

3. The Cockpit Country: The Cockpit Country is a region of rugged limestone hills that lies in the western part of Jamaica. The Cockpit Country is known for its caves, which are home to a variety of bats and other animals. The Cockpit Country is also home to a number of Maroon communities, which are communities that were founded by escaped slaves.
