Located about 90 miles from Grand Cayman Island, Little Cayman is about 10 miles long and 1 mile wide, making it the smallest of the two sister islands. The other sister island, Cayman Brac, lies 5 miles to the east of Little Cayman. Visitors access Little Cayman either by taking a Cayman Airways flight that usually stops first on Cayman Brac or by taking a boat ride from Cayman Brac.
