Who is the current leader of martinique?

As of my last update in September 2021, Martinique is an overseas department and region of France, and does not have a separate head of state or government. Instead, the President of the French Republic (currently Emmanuel Macron) is the head of state, while the Prefect of Martinique (currently Stanislas Cazelles) is the highest representative of the French state in Martinique.
