    • Travelers who want to spend more time in paradise can book a seven-night stay in one of eight Club Med resorts including locations in the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, Martinique, Mexico (Cancun Yucatan or Ixtapa Pacific), Turks and Caicos and more. These all-inclusive deals start in 2010 at $230 for double occupancy minimum ($115 per person, per day) and include all meals, entertainment, water-sports activity fees and equipment rentals and resort activities. While all taxes and gratuities are included in the cost, in 2010, annual membership fees of $60 per adult and $30 per child are required. All accommodations are subject to availability and often require customers to make travel arrangements by a specific date.     Celebrity Cruises

    • Travelers who want to avoid crowded airports and enjoy a vacation on the way to paradise may want to try a 10-night, round trip cruise through the Caribbean. For $1,449, in 2010, plus an additional $150 in taxes, guests will set sail on the Celebrity Equinox from Ft. Lauderdale to stops in St. Thomas, the U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Kitts, Barbados, Dominica and the Netherlands Antilles. Included in the cost is a double-occupancy cabin with a veranda, all meals and beverages (additional charges for alcohol and soda), on-board entertainment and round-trip airfare on JetBlue or Delta airlines. Although no deadline for booking is in place, all accommodations are subject to availability and must be made for the sailing dates of Nov. 26, 2010, Jan. 7 or 28, 2011 or Feb. 18, 2011 (an additional fee of $50 is required for this departure date). Those interested in additional activities and excursions at island stops such as snorkeling, deep-sea fishing or kayaking have the option to purchase and reserve these extras in advance at a discounted rate.
