Why do people visit the Bermuda triangle?

The Bermuda Triangle is not a place visited by people for recreational or any other specific purposes. It is a folklore region encompassing a loosely defined area in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean, where a number of aircraft and ships are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. As such, it is more of a geographic reference noted for the alleged incidents occurring within its bounds, rather than a destination frequented by tourists or travelers.
