Were WWI Opponents of the Central Powers Called “Allies 2”? No

The coalition opposing the Central Powers (Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire, Bulgaria) was simply called the Allies (or Entente Powers). “Allies 2” is not a historical term.
