"Nipponese Empire" – Term Correction

There is no country or empire called "Nipponese Empire."

• Nippon (日本) = Japan's endonym (native name).
• Nipponese = Archaic, often offensive English adjective for Japanese people/things. Use "Japanese."
• Empire of Japan (大日本帝國, Dai-Nippon Teikoku) = Historical state (1868–1947).

Japan is an island nation in East Asia (capital: Tokyo). It consists of four main islands (Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku) and thousands of smaller ones.
