Are most of the big cities in Brazil on west coast?

Most of the big cities in Brazil are not on the west coast. Brazil is located in South America, and its coastline faces the Atlantic Ocean. The only major Brazilian city on the west coast is Manaus, which is located in the Amazon rainforest. Other major Brazilian cities, such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Brasília, are all located on the east coast.
