How many native Americans lived with san Luis obispo de tolosa mission?

The San Luis Obispo de Tolosa Mission was founded in 1772 and was one of the 21 missions established by Spanish Franciscans in California. At the time of its establishment, the native population of the area was estimated to be about 1,000 people. The mission was successful in converting many of the Native Americans to Christianity and teaching them European ways of life. By 1803, the mission had a population of over 1,500 people, including both Native Americans and Spanish settlers. The mission was secularized in 1834 and the land was divided up among private owners.
