Where is the sunbelt located?

The Sun Belt is a region of the United States that is characterized by its warm climate and rapid population growth. It is generally considered to include the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The Sun Belt is also sometimes expanded to include the states of Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
