Ganges Delta: World's Largest, in Bangladesh

The Ganges Delta (also Brahmaputra Delta) forms where the Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna rivers empty into the Bay of Bengal. Mostly in Bangladesh, with a portion in India's West Bengal. It spans ~105,000 km², supports ~300 million people, and includes the Sundarbans mangrove forest (UNESCO site).
