Northern Europe has always been able to exploit abundant natural resources?
This is not entirely accurate. While some parts of Northern Europe do have abundant natural resources, this is not true for all of the region. For example, Denmark has limited natural resources, while Sweden has abundant forests and mineral resources. Additionally, the exploitation of natural resources has not always been possible or sustainable, and has faced challenges such as environmental regulations, changing economic conditions, and technological limitations.
