Where did the Parisians originate from?

The Parisians are a people group whose origins can be traced back to the Celtic tribe known as the Parisii. The Parisii inhabited the region around the Seine River in what is now France during the 3rd century BC. Around 250 BC, the Parisii founded the city of Lutetia, which would eventually become Paris. The Parisii were eventually conquered by the Romans in 52 BC, but their culture and language continued to influence the development of the Parisian culture and language.
