Can you use the euro in Oslo?

The official currency of Norway is the Norwegian Krone (NOK). The euro is not an officially recognized currency in Norway, so you cannot use it to make purchases. You will need to exchange your euros for Norwegian kroner at a bank or currency exchange bureau before you can spend money in Norway.
