The restaurant serves traditional Tuscan food as well as a number of unique creations. A tasting menu offers a little bit of a number of the specialties. A recommendation from Fodor's and excellent reviews from guests might be enough to bring you to La Giostra. Or you might come just to be served by royalty. A Hapsburg prince opened the restaurant 10 years ago and it is now operated by his sons and daughter. La Giostra features pasta, meats, wine and truffles, and reservations are highly recommended.
