Reservations to visit the painting are compulsory, and it can only be viewed during a 15-minute timed entry in a group of a maximum of 25 people. Tickets can be purchased online or by phone. A regular ticket includes only admission to the site, but guided tours of the painting are available in English and Italian and can be purchased for an additional fee. Please note that anyone entitled to free admission to the site still must make an advance reservation. Tickets can be collected at least 20 minutes prior to the reserved time by showing a copy of the receipt. The convent is open daily except Mondays, New Year's Day, May Day and Christmas Day.
