Why did Switzerland in some ways represent the most logical locale for expansion of International Style?

Its skilled workforce and well-established educational institutions supported growth industries that contributed to technological and infrastructure enhancements across several industries, like construction. The integration of these advancements in building methods paved the way for International Style.
