4. Caspian Sea:

- North Caspian

- Middle Caspian

- South Caspian

5. Pacific Ocean:

- Sea of Okhotsk

- Sea of Japan

Note: Russia also has access to two other oceans- The Atlantic Ocean through the Baltic Sea and the Arctic Ocean through the Barents Sea.
