How do you get from Norway to the source of Volga river?

The source of the Volga River is not in Norway. It is located in the Valday Hills in Russia. To get there from Norway, you can take a flight to Moscow and then take a train or bus to Tver. From Tver, you can take a bus or taxi to the village of Volgoverkhovye, where the source of the Volga River is located.
