Can the Euphrates be accessed from Black Sea or Mediterranean Sea?

The Euphrates river cannot be accessed from either the Black Sea or the Mediterranean Sea. The Euphrates river originates in Turkey and flows through Syria and Iraq before emptying into the Persian Gulf. The Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea are both located to the west of the Euphrates river.
