How to Find Someone's Mobile Number in Belgium

Finding someone's mobile phone number in Belgium can be helpful if you wish to get back in touch with an old friend or a business contact. There are three mobile carriers in Belgium: Mobistar, Proximus and BASE. Users from those three carriers can contact the carriers to get the user's number published in Internet phone number search engines as well as in traditional phone books.

Instructions

    • 1

Go to the Infobel online phone number search engine. Type in the first and last names of the person for whom you are looking. To narrow the search results, you can also input that person's city or postal code. Then click on "Go."

Dial 1307 on your phone if you are currently in Belgium. This lookup service is offered by the Belgian telecommunications company Belgacom, which also owns the Proximus mobile carrier. You can find someone's residential or mobile number as long as you can provide the operator with the full name and city of the person for whom you are looking.

Visit Google and type in the first and last names of the person for whom you are looking, followed by "mobiel nummer" if that person lives in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium, or "numéro de portable" if he lives in the French-speaking part. Using this method, you might find a Web page, such as a Facebook profile, where the person's number is listed.
