Is there any special song about Donegal?

Artist: Fiddler's Green

In a land where the hills are green

And the rivers flow so clean

There's a place I'd love to be

In the heart of County Donegal

Oh Donegal, Donegal

Where the heather blooms so free

And the cliffs stand proud and tall

In the heart of County Donegal

In a village by the sea

Where the people are so kind

There's a cottage that I know

Where my heart will always find

Oh Donegal, Donegal

Where the heather blooms so free

And the cliffs stand proud and tall

In the heart of County Donegal

Through the valleys and the glens

I will wander 'til the end

And my thoughts will always be

Of the days I've spent in thee

Oh Donegal, Donegal

Where the heather blooms so free

And the cliffs stand proud and tall

In the heart of County Donegal
