Who is the Govener of Texas?

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Greg Abbott is the 48th and current Governor of Texas. He has been in office since January 20, 2015. However, this information may be outdated, and it's best to check the official Texas state website or other reliable sources for the latest information on the Governor of Texas.
