When did Spain cede Louisiana back to France in the Treaty of San Ildefonso?

Spain did not cede Louisiana back to France in the Treaty of San Ildefonso. In the treaty, signed in 1800, Spain ceded Louisiana to France in exchange for the Duchy of Parma. France then sold Louisiana to the United States in the Louisiana Purchase of 1803.
