Who discovered Mexico?

Mexico was not "discovered" by any one individual. It was inhabited by various indigenous civilizations for thousands of years before the arrival of Europeans. The Spanish explorer Hernán Cortés led the first European expedition to mainland Mexico in 1519 and ultimately conquered the Aztec Empire in 1521, marking the beginning of Spanish rule in the region.
