How do you exchange Mil Cruzados to Malaysia Ringgit?

It's not possible to exchange Mil Cruzados to Malaysia Ringgit. The Mil Cruzeiro (which was the currency used in Brazil prior to the introduction of the Real) is no longer in circulation and has no value. The Malaysia Ringgit is the official currency of Malaysia.
