What imaginary lines run through Brazil?

The Equator is an imaginary line that circles the Earth halfway between the North and South Poles. It passes through the northern part of Brazil, dividing the country into two halves.

The Tropic of Capricorn is another imaginary line that circles the Earth parallel to the Equator, but further south. It passes through the southern part of Brazil.

The Prime Meridian is an imaginary line that runs from the North Pole to the South Pole and passes through Greenwich, England. It is used as the starting point for measuring longitude, which is the distance east or west of the Prime Meridian. Brazil is located west of the Prime Meridian.
