Where does Venezuela get its oil?

The majority of Venezuela's oil comes from the Maracaibo Basin, located in the northwestern part of the country. This basin contains the country's largest oil fields, including the Bolivar Coastal Field, which is one of the largest oil fields in the world. Other important oil-producing areas in Venezuela include the Orinoco Belt, located in the eastern part of the country, and the Gulf of Venezuela.
