Why is the biggest island in Hawaii call Honolulu?

Honolulu is not the name of the biggest island in Hawaii. The biggest island in Hawaii is named Hawaii Island, also called The Big Island. Honolulu is the capital city of the state of Hawaii and is located on the island of Oahu.
