Crafting a Mallet in "The Oregon Trail: Settler" (Mobile Game)

Game Recipe: Mallet

In the mobile simulation game The Oregon Trail: Settler (Gameloft), the Mallet is a basic tool crafted at the Workbench.

Requirements

• Building: Workbench (Crafting Station).
• Tool: Knife (must be in inventory).
• Materials: Strong Stick ×3.

Steps

1. Tap the Workbench to open the Crafting menu.
2. Select the Mallets category (hammer icon).
3. Drag 3 Strong Sticks into the ingredient slots.
4. Press Make Mallet.
5. Wait for crafting timer (usually a few seconds to minutes depending on level/boosts).
6. Collect the Mallet.

Obtaining Strong Sticks

• Clear Trees and Bushes on your homestead (chance to drop).
• Send workers to Forest expeditions.
• Purchase with coins/gems in Market (if available).
• Daily rewards / quest completion.

Uses of the Mallet

• Construct/upgrade certain buildings (e.g., Cabin, Well, Workshop).
• Complete quests requiring "Tools."
• Trade/sell for coins (low value).
