Boasting 12 ziplines on which you, family and friends can fly through the treetops, this company has gained popularity for those visiting Mazatlan; although you meet with your tour guide in Mazatlan, the ziplines are actually 55 km away. You can choose to just do the zipline tour or combine it with a river ride tour as well. The tour does not just include the ziplines, however, it is an all-day event that provides you with a freshly-cooked Mexican lunch and beverages, and concludes by taking you back into town on a horse-drawn cart. Each zipline is unique in its height and length, including one that is the length of three football fields, and ending with two ziplines side by side where you race your friends to the finish line. As of August 2010, the cost is $50 for adults and $30 for children.

Led by the tour guides of Vista Tours Mazatlan, experience different areas of the city from both street level and high above the pedestrians. Your guide will first take you around the city of Mazatlan to show you all of its most famous sites, and then strap you into a helmet and harness to send you flying over Sea Gull Beach. Finish up your tour by scaling up the climbing wall at the host hotel Playa Mazatlan and chatting with fellow tour companions; you can even engage them in a brief competition to see who can reach the top first. This tour is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, meeting at 10 a.m. sharp, at the hotel; the cost is $45 per person, as of August 2010.
